Marsh is seeking a young talented candidate to join through our Professional Graduate Programme our Corporate Segment based in Ancona. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or progress your career in a specialised area of the insurance sector.

We will count on you to:

• Be a great communicator and a relationship builder. Every day you will interact with client and you will help them solving their risk management issue;
• Be a great team player. You'll work together with client executive and other colleagues specialized in particular coverages;
• Assess client's risk profile and understand what they lack in order to expand the existing client portfolio;
• Coordinate with carriers, underwriters and client teams to provide cohesive client service;
• Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers;
• Host and organize client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams;
• Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.

What you need to have:

• University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
• Fluency in English and Italian;
• Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
