We are looking for a Store Manager for our Herno Outlet in Leccio Outlet Mall, who will manage and lead the team ensuring a consistent and exceptional standard.

The main responsibilities are:

Coordinate and oversee all Store activities making sure it runs smoothly, cleanly and meet any budget or sales goals;
Analyse, elaborate and report sales figures, weekly, monthly, and yearly to the Retail Team to leverage profits;
Monitor all business costs and provide feedback and analysis on all store KPIs;
Be responsible for supervising a retail organisation's staff, meeting customer needs, planning and coordinating sales, merchandising, and budgeting;
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitor what local competitors are doing;
Make sure staff meets all the requirements indicated by the Company and Retail team on dress code, standing, customer approach and selling ceremony;
Liaise with HR Department to deal with special HR issues;
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees rota;
Be responsible for all employee corrective actions and ensure any disciplinary actions are handled correctly;
Arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
Approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
Monitor shelves inventory and unload new products when needed;
Operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store;
Provide information and other services such as handling returns of merchandise;

Profile:

The ideal profile has a deep understanding of the fashion industry and the luxury sector and has a passion, curiosity, and interest in luxury/fashion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of a third language will be considered a plus.

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato

Durata contratto: 12 mesi
