- Define and execute the BU strategy in alignment with company goals.
- Manage commercial and sales relationships with HPE and key stakeholders.
- Lead pricing and profitability strategies in collaboration with optimization teams.
- Drive business development initiatives, including onboarding of new vendors.
- Oversee the full product and vendor lifecycle, ensuring system accuracy and contract compliance.
- Coordinate quarterly business planning and execution with HPE.
- Proven experience working with HPE and deep understanding of the IT channel ecosystem.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- People management experience, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic planning and business case development capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP R3, Business Warehouse, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience working in matrix organizations and fast-paced environments.
