- Technical Liaison: Act as the primary technical interface for subcontractors, clarifying project requirements and resolving technical roadblocks in real-time.
- Schedule & Task Oversight: Monitor subcontractor progress against the project timeline, ensuring that site integrations and migrations are completed as scheduled.
- Method of Procedure (MOP) Mastery: Review and provide the necessary MOPs to field teams; ensure they understand the step-by-step technical execution for router integrations and link expansions.
- Quality Assurance: Perform remote or on-site audits of subcontractor work to ensure configurations and physical installations meet customer standards.
- Operational Support: Assist subcontractors during night migrations, providing remote troubleshooting support and escalating complex issues to the Senior Engineering team.
- Reporting: Update project databases and provide regular status reports on technical milestones, identifying any risks to the delivery schedule.
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related discipline, graduating between January 2025 and December 2027.
- Minimum 6 months of experience managing networking integration projects, with a strong understanding of project management principles and quality assurance methodologies. (In case you don't possess the relevant past experience, we encourage you to apply for our internship position.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions, and manage tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
- Good command of spoken English and fluent in Italian.
- Basic understanding of IP principles like IGP (OSPF/ISIS), BGP, and MPLS.
- Familiarity with IP product hardware and commissioning processes.
