We have an excellent opportunity for a talented professional interested in making a difference in our Commercial team in Giunti Psychometrics.

The role of
Data Management Specialist will be based in Florence (possibility for remote working will be evaluated) and will have the opportunity to work in a stimulating work environment alongside talented professionals.

We are looking for a self-driven and highly collaborative professional.

She/he will be part of the Professional Services team, reporting to the Head of Professional Services Italy, and will work with leading Companies, Universities and Institutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

Follow the endtoend process of online administration, technical help desk and data analysis and scoring of our adhoc ability/skills test in bulk selection processes
Support development, enhancement, and maintenance of multiple datasets of tests items and scores and manage large itembanks in online databases
Support the administration and scoring of paper & pencils tests
Analyze data after tests' administration and create individual scoring and aggregated reports on results
Review test data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Maintain physical security of sensitive materials and equipment
Suggest and develop process improvements for data management and scoring activities

Requisiti:

Who we are looking for:

High School Diploma or Bachelors' Degree (education in math, statistics or IT is preferred)
Fluency in Italian (English is beneficial)
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular) and ability to interact with online systems and platforms for tests administration and scoring
Ability to accurately manage large digital databases and correctly read and analyze data
Attention to detail and critical thinking
Availability for short business trips on the national territory
