We are currently recruiting a resource for our
Export BACK OFFICE, placed in the role of
Back Office Support.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Order entry and management of the entire order cycle (with focus on the UK market);
Back office activities: management of customer inquiries, order progress follow up in collaboration with production planning dpt., delay and shipment management in collaboration with our shipping dpt., etc.;
Reporting;
Billing activities: invoicing, management of export practices in coordination with the shipment dpt.

What should you bring?

High School or College Degree;
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or similar role in in modernly structured companies;
Knowledge of SAP, Office package, especially Excel and Word;
Native English speaker with knowledge of the Italian language; knowledge of an additional language will be a plus;
Excellent communication, problem solving skills and organization skills, in a dynamic context;
Propensity to work in a team and to interface with other company functions, Flexibility, enthusiasm, result orientation;
Resident in Italy or willing to relocate in Italy.
