Student Recruiter & Inside Sales Representative

To increase our students and grow according to our plan, RBS is searching for a
Student Recruiter & Inside Sales Representative specializing in student recruitment, advising and sales.
The student recruiter is responsible for demonstrating our unique value proposition and career advancement protentional of the master to potential students, recruiting as many new students as possible each month to meet our growth goals.
We are goal, target and objective oriented more similar to sales or headhunting roles.The position will report directly to an admissions manager, overseeing student intake. The campus location and onsite work location is in Prati, the city center of Rome. This is not a smart-working, hybrid or remote position. We offer up to two (2) days per week in smart-working based on results as an extra benefit.
The position is heavily oriented towards sales skillsets. Applicants should have a good understanding and/or experience of sales roles such as inside sales, B2C or sales representatives. Recruiting and career advising knowledge or experience is considered a plus.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students based on their availability (potential students normally work full time), mostly during midday and early evening hours
- Schedule a video call to demonstrate our unique value proposition
- Gather documentation for qualification and increase commitment levels
- Handle excuses and objections often found related to admission decision deadlines
- Complete enrollment process with accuracy and precision
- Collaborate with your team and manager to find solutions to problems related to weekly/monthly goals
Preferred Experience
- Experience in B2C or B2B sales
- Experience in a startup, fast paced or dynamic work environment focused on growth
- Strong communication, convincing and control skills
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and interpersonal skills
- High orientation towards services offered and needs of the client
- Very high orientation towards results, goals, objectives, solutions, punctuality and energy
- English C
- Italian C2 or Spanish C
- Other languages are a plus
Working Hours:
Full-Time, on site, in office, 10am to 7pm or 11am to 8pm shifts
Smartworking:
After a 3-month trial period, we offer 2 days of smart-working based on performance results as an added perk
Office Location:
Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM
Contract:
CCNL ANINSEI Level III, short term 6-months to start, renewal based on performance for 3, 6 or 12 months or indeterminato.
Annual Salary:35k - 45k average including monthly commissions related to results as follows:
Minimum Fixed Salary: 17.583€ RAL (gross) corresponding to a 25% income tax rate for 13.187€ RAL (net)
- Additional Provvigioni (no limit) averaging: 23.000€ (gross) for top 50% performers
