GUEST COMMUNICATION INTERN

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn to anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems with the support of the team
Support in maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
Support in assisting guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request
Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs
Get familiar in maintaining current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
Accepts and delivers wakeup calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
Excellent communication and organization skills
Working computer skills and knowledge
Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
