GUEST COMMUNICATION INTERN

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Learn to anticipate guest needs, handle guest enquires, and solve problems with the support of the team
  • Support in maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
  • Support in assisting guests and escort them to locations within the hotel at their request
  • Maintain knowledge of special programs and events in the hotel in order to recognize and respond to guests needs
  • Get familiar in maintaining current Hotel information to be able to provide information to guests
  • Answer phone calls in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Accepts and delivers wakeup calls, messages and facsimiles in a timely manner
  • Assist colleague in running daily reports for department

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE

  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Working computer skills and knowledge
  • Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
