    What You'll Be Doing

    You will lead customer projects to implement a cloud-based business solution, helping clients move from their current ways of working to a more digital, connected process.

    You will translate what the customer needs into a clear solution plan, work closely with internal teams to build and configure it, and make sure the customer is confident using it from kick-off through go-live and early support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and define high-level requirements
    • Translate customer needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
    • Work with internal teams to align on the solution approach and ensure it is delivered correctly
    • Support development and delivery teams by clarifying requirements and removing blockers
    • Confirm feasibility and support User Acceptance Testing to validate the solution with the customer
    • Train customer teams on how to use the solution, including initial setup, data loading, and post go-live support
    • Run project kick-offs and set up the right project structure, meetings, and communication routines
    • Serve as the main customer contact, managing expectations and building strong working relationships
    • Manage scope, timeline, resources, budget, and quality to ensure successful delivery
    • Track progress and readiness across project phases, ensuring key milestones are met
    • Identify risks early and put mitigation actions in place
    • Manage change requests and clearly communicate impacts on scope, timeline, and cost
    • Provide regular project status updates to internal and customer stakeholders
    • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project scope and boundaries.

    What We Look for in You

    • A Master's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, digital technologies, electronics, or a related field.
    • Experience delivering enterprise software implementations (for example PLM, PDM, ERP, CRM, or similar platforms)
    • Understanding of fashion/clothing processes is a plus (for example planning, costing, design, development, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, quality)
    • Strong ability to understand business needs and turn them into practical solution designs
    • Comfort working with business systems and data, including how solutions integrate with other tools
    • Strong requirements gathering skills, with the ability to document and validate needs clearly
    • Ability to manage stakeholders across customer and internal teams, keeping everyone aligned
    • Good project planning skills, including risk management, cost awareness, and progress tracking
    • Familiarity with project management ways of working and common tools
    • Strong organizational skills, including time management and documentation discipline.
