    Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Account Receivables Assistant, inizialmente con un contratto a tempo determinato, che entrerà a far parte del nostro dinamico team Accounting di Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza).

    Come contribuirai:

    • Seguire le attività di registrazione incassi e recupero crediti vs clienti terzi o intercompany;

    • Seguire la fatturazione di merci e di servizi, l'emissione di note di credito e debito, il controllo dei documenti ai fini della trasmissione all'Agenzia delle Entrate e la gestione delle segnalazioni di errore;

    • Gestire e controllare l'inserimento dei documenti in archiviazione sostitutiva;

    • Eseguire controlli di contabilità generale, attività di reportistica e l'emissione di prospetti di Riconciliazione Saldi Intercompany;

    • Controllare e seguire il recupero e l'archivio dei documenti doganali di export attraverso l'interfaccia con l'Ufficio Dogane.

    Chi sei tu:

    • Una risorsa con esperienza lavorativa nel ruolo di almeno 1-2 anni in contesti aziendali industriali;

    • Formazione tecnica in ragioneria o Laurea in discipline economiche;

    • Ottima dimestichezza con l'uso del PC, conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel) e di sistemi gestionali;

    • La conoscenza dei sistemi SAP, JDE e di Stealth è requisito preferenziale;

    • Buona capacità di elaborazione dati e di predisposizione reportistica;

    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta;

    • Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro;

    • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e buone doti comunicative;
