Some of the essentials for you to know are:**Location:** Our offices in Bologna (Zola Predosa), Italy**Department:** Finance**Reporting into:** Director Group Accounting & Tax **Working Model**: Hybrid**Contract Type:** Permanent**Potential Start Date:** April/May 2026**Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:*** Daily routine focused on the reconciliation process of the payment bills provided by the payment providers and related collections.* Management and control of online customer payments by recording the relevant transactions (automated flow) and potential manual adjustments, when needed (cash, credit card and other methods of payment).* Analyze the online customer open documents (matrix, aging) and follow up to clear the outstanding balances.* Dealing with the payment providers regarding collections, refunds, set-up of new merchant accounts, supporting documents for reconciliation.* Cooperating with Tech Department for the development of new payment processes and/or bug fixing* Providing data and documents for reporting, internal and external audits purposes.**The type of person we are looking for:*** University degree in Finance* Previous experience within the Payments sector* Previous experience within the Retail (eCommerce) sector is preferred* Proficient knowledge of Excel and Office applications* Proficient knowledge of ERPs (MS Navision preferred)* Fluent in English (written and spoken)* Flexibility, Dynamism, Proactive Approach* Interpersonal skills (enjoying teamwork)* Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.We welcome and will consider all applications regardless of race and nationality, religion, color, sex, pregnancy or related medical conditions, parental status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as an individual with a disability, or any other legally protected characteristics.*### ### *Experience Level: AssociateWorkplace Type: Hybrid
