Your Mission:

reev is a young and fast driven Software company that expands in EU markets.

We deliver cloud software for EV charging stations that allows easy operation, monitoring and management of charge points and automated billing of charging transactions.


For our new market Italy, we are looking for a dedicated Country Manager to represent reev and establish our brand in the whole country.

You will be our first local Sales Manager and shape our path right from the start.

As the local voice and face of reev in the country, you first build up the market and start building up the local Sales team.

You set the base to maximise sales growth and build a strong international brand in the EV industry.


This is a remote only position, so you can work from anywhere within Italy.

What challenges await you:


Business Development

  • You are responsible to translate our global business strategy into a local approach: Based on data analysis and field experience, you detect market potential and develop local sales and product tactics to realise growth potentials together with the Munich Headquarter.
  • You review sales trends and budget variances and provide profound analysis and implications such as market forecasts and volumes.
  • You screen and benchmark competitors, products, pricing, and business models in the Italian EV market.

Country Management

  • You oversee all local company operations (legal, tax, ), are responsible for budget and revenue targets and ensure profit growth year over year.
  • You develop a strong network and relationships with relevant business stakeholders and local authorities in the EV industry.
  • You report business performance to the reev Management team based in Munich.

Sales Operations & Partnership Management

  • You acquire new customers and partners, run contract negotiations and are the frontman/woman in building our customer base in Italy.
  • You communicate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, such as our marketing team, product management, external partners and regulators.
  • You hold pitches and trainings with customers & partners and participate in relevant fairs and other local market events.

What we need from you:


  • You have at least 5 years of active sales experience, ideally (also) in electrical wholesale sales or have an existing network in electrical wholesale.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial, generalist personality as well as affinity for technical products, data and solutions.
  • You have knowledge and experience in building digital business structures.
  • You have electrical expertise and enthusiasm for electromobility, renewable energies and new technologies.
  • You are a people person that likes to network and is experienced in people management.
  • You are willing to proactively build connections with international colleagues and leverage and share existing know how.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and very good English or German skills are a must; other languages are nice to have.
