Job Title: Recruitment and Selection Specialist

InfoJobs Lab is a division of InfoJobs, Italy's leading digital platform for job seekers. Our team of HR experts, spread across the country, specializes in recruitment and selection services, connecting top talent with companies while guiding candidates through their professional journeys.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our InfoJobs Lab office in Turin. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our client relationships and managing various aspects of the recruitment process.

What You Will Do:

Conduct effective sourcing, screening, and structured interviews to identify top candidates, ensuring timely completion and utilizing best-in-class tools.
Deliver engaging training sessions via webinars or in-person classes.
Organize and participate in recruiting events to foster strong connections with clients and candidates.

Your Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in employment agencies, headhunting firms, or HR consulting companies.
Strong knowledge of the digital landscape and proficiency in using various candidate tracking systems (ATS).
Demonstrated ability to manage the entire recruitment process independently, from client briefing to identifying suitable candidates.
Excellent English language skills, enabling seamless communication with international clients and partners.
Proven organizational, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills, along with a results-driven mindset.
Exceptional interpersonal, empathy, and communication skills, including experience in training session management.
A degree in humanities is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and client interactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is €55,000 - €65,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and location factors.
