Position Summary:

Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting the customer quality engineering activities within the department.


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the Company)_

• Acts as the customer liaison for compliance to customer quality requirements and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and track customer quality data
• Responsible for root cause corrective action (RCCA) and verify implementation of Corrective actions. Ensure RCCA's meet internal and customer requirements.
• Monitor and report on customer scorecards
• Supports continual improvement efforts both internally and externally
• Initiate purges and ensure containment is taken within 48 hours
• Assists in the writing and reviewing of technical and performance specifications, quality plans, sampling plans, and inspections procedures
• Support compliance to Quality Management System procedures. Assist in internal and Customer audits.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

• Education: Bachelor's Degree

in Engineering or Related field of study

• 02 years of related work experience
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Ability to communicate both verbal and written
• Bilingual both fluent in Italian and English
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Education: Bachelor's Degree
• 24 years of related work experience
• Six Sigma certification
• Certifications in ASQ-CQECQA
• Knowledge of FAA regulations
