Founded in 2017 by Giorgio Tinacci, Casavo currently operates in Italy, Spain and France.


KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
ICT Governance

  • Support the CTO to define and implement the ICT strategies;
  • Definition of technology projects (not related to core tech products) and responsibility for the selection and coordination of external suppliers in relation to the IT business strategy;
  • Support the CTO for corporate governance in gathering and consolidating all relevant information required for the Tech areas;
  • Monitoring of the company's IT budget and cost estimation, including financial reporting for the entire Technology area and alignment with the Finance department;
  • Optimisation of IT costs (e.g. licenses, services) also in relation to external providers;
  • Support the CTO for managing analyses and drafting documentation for specific requirements not related to technology products (e.g. Due Diligence, Tech industrial plan)
IT Workspace Management

  • Responsibility for the IT infrastructure in offices;
  • Responsibility for monitoring the performance and needs of the IT infrastructure ensuring the best performance of network connectivity, technology devices, service up time and ensuring a high level of business user satisfaction;
  • Support the CTO for negotiating and identifying hardware and software vendors in relation to the company's hiring strategy (in order to ensure the right supply availability)
  • Responsibility for continuously monitoring the functionality of the IT Workspace (meeting rooms, personal desks) ensuring easy to use plug n play configuration and adequate quality of connectivity, video and audio;
  • Responsibility for defining the correct and rapid onboarding and offboarding process for both employees and external consultants of the company's account tools and devices;
Cybersecurity

  • Support the CTO in the management, development and implementation of the global cybersecurity strategy in line with emerging threats and changing IT landscape;
  • Ensure that IT security measures (policies and processes) meet business requirements and are appropriate for our type and level of business;
