Reporting to the Global Demand Planning Director

, you will play a key role in shaping and aligning global demand plans, working closely with cross-functional teams and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the local

S&OP process

in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance, following the established monthly cycle.
Prepare and communicate final product forecasts to the

Supply Chain teams

.
Act as the main point of contact for

Sales and Marketing

regarding demand planning and forecasting.
Ensure full alignment between

commercial plans and demand plans

.
Proactively identify risks, constraints, and opportunities, developing mitigation strategies and ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on key

KPIs

, including forecast accuracy, bias reduction, and monthly forecast changes.

What we are looking for
Solid experience in

Demand Planning

, ideally in the

fragrance/perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or mass market sectors

, with at least

2 years of experience

in a demand planning role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Business Administration or Engineering

.
Ideally, experience with

FuturMaster

as a demand planning tool.
Experience with

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

or similar

ERP systems

.
Strong relationship-building and

cross-functional collaboration skills

.
Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced and dynamic global supply chain environment

.
Fluent Italian and English

(French is a plus).
