ROLE DETAILS

CAD CAM programming
Positioning and clamping of the piece on the work surface
Zeroing of the Robotic Milling Cell and CNC machine
Powering up the Robotic Milling Cell and CNC system and setting all the parameters
Replace and remove tools
Soft quality control activities (e.g., planarity, measurements,)
Take care of all postprocess and finishing activities on printed parts (e.g., bonding, sanding, grouting, painting, drilling, sectioning, welding)
Ensure waste material is recycled correctly (e.g., reuse and storage of material waste when possible)
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the shop floor and storage area
Application of the procedure for checking the quality of the piece, monitoring the operation of the machine and reporting nonconformities
Ordinary maintenance activities

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

13 years of experience in 5axis CNC technologies
Deep knowledge of CAD/CAM systems such as Powermill, Fusion 360
Knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office package
Knowledge of the mechanical drawing and CAD systems
Knowledge of correct technical terms
Basic knowledge of the main 3D simulation software
Basic knowledge of mechanical measurement equipment
Basic familiarity with working with plastic materials such as PP, PC, and carbon fiber

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Diploma
Strong interest and passion for 3D printing
Knowledge of the English language
