OTB Spa is looking for an
Indirect Procurement Specialist ICT for its Headquarters in Breganze (VI).

Inside the Indirect Procurement department, the Indirect Procurement Specialist will be in charge of manag-ing the strategic planning and execution of the procurement activities for the ICT department and will also play a leading role within all ongoing projects related to procurement transformation.

Job responsibilities
She/he will be responsible for core sourcing activities, from negotiation to vendor management, and will focus on:

Driving the implementation of the procurement procedures and their execution;
Managing the scouting of new vendors for the assigned categories;
Supervising communication and follow up with vendors;
Executing periodic vendor compliance evaluation;
Running spend analysis in order to define project's baseline and optimization opportunities;
Defining and constantly updating the sourcing strategy;
Follow benchmarking activities;
Managing selection processes via RFI/RFQ;
Supporting and coordinating contract drafting activities for the assigned categories.

Job requirements:

At least 3 years of experience within a similar position, being a plus direct experience on ICT sourcing;
Master's degree in Economics, Management or similar;
Endtoend knowledge of the ordering process;
Track record of experience within complex processes;
Fluency in English;
Excellent communication skills;
Propensity for attention to detail and precision is a must;
Analytical skills;
Pragmatic and collaborative attitude;
Strong teamwork skills;
Solid proficiency in Excel and Power Point;
SAP knowledge is considered a plus;
Knowledge of agile principles and a background in retail companies are considered a plus.
