We are rapidly growing and looking for a Junior International Consultant to join our talented team in Milan, Italy.

By joining AX for Pharma, you'll work with a dedicated team of people, making a difference by enabling our pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients to improve health outcomes and save lives.

What You'll Do:


User Training and Support:

Your role will involve optimizing the system for ease of use and providing training to employees on its functions.

Customer Service:
You will directly interact with customers and clients to identify their organization-related needs. You will then integrate these needs into a comprehensive plan that serves the company's entire customer base.


Interpersonal Competence:
You will develop skills in managing relationships, interactions, and transactions with others. This includes skills such as confrontation, risk-taking, collaboration, conflict management, and relationship-building.


What You Need to Be Successful (Required Qualifications):

• Master's degree in Engineering, Economy, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, proactive "problem solver," focused on quality results.
• Demonstrated innovation mindset, creative and able to think "outofthebox"
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).

Good knowledge of at least one of the following languages will be a plus:
German, Spanish, and French.

• Willingness to participate in a training program to quickly develop managerial skills.
• Strong motivation to tackle and overcome challenges.
• Ability and willingness to travel (inter)nationally.
• A high level of understanding of how to model business processes supported by integrated systems.
• Technical skills would be advantageous.
