Are you a dedicated, customer focused Coordinator, looking for a new challenge in a growing global organisation?


We are looking for a
Coordinator, on a 1 year fixed-term contract, who will join the team in Bologna, Italy, in a hybrid capacity (split of working in the office and from home).

You will provide administrative support and deliver great customer service to new and existing customers, ensure quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner.

This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to break into a new industry, and learn about the food certification business


RESPONSIBILITIES

Including, but not limited to:


  • Issuing quotes to clients quickly and accurately, ensuring that the company meets the target profit margin requirement
  • Liaising with customers and local auditors
  • Working closely with colleagues to streamline the certification process
  • Issuing certificates to clients, as well as communicating with clients regarding the expected TAT of their certificates
  • Handling certificate amendments based on client needs
  • Issuing invoices to clients quickly and accurately, minimizing credit notes
  • Assisting with debt collection activities
  • Assisting other colleagues as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles
  • Proficient in Italian and English (Written and Spoken)
  • Efficient and effective communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proactive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • A positive, cando attitude.
  • Ability to empathise with colleagues and clients
