JOB SUMMARYThe Credit Specialist is responsible of supporting the Credit Director in the daily tasks, including but not limited to:Check of sales documents correctness and sending invoices to external warehouses to perform shipments as required;Credit control of open terms customers with check of incoming payments on company home banking, monitoring and supervising resolution of unclear customer deductions (chargebacks);Preparation and sending statements of account and reminders/dunning letters for overdue payments;Block and release of open orders liaising with commercial and customer service department.

• Graduated in Economy or Law
• At least 2/3 years of experience in a similar role
• Used to connect with customers
• At least a basic knowledge of accountancy
• PC literate (excel, word, PPT)
• A good level of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have
• Knowledge of SAP/S4 Hana
• Another foreign language
• Relationship with banks, insurances and other external consultantsSoft skills
