YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As
Retail Accountant**, and part of the Finance Department, you will manage day by day, and specific ad hoc general accounting activities within a dynamic luxury retail environment.

This experience will enable you to collaborate Externally with service suppliers, boutique's finance references, consultants, and Internally with existing accounting, management control, internal audit, HR, treasury, operations.

You will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the
business processes on luxurious goods working in increasingly challenging environment and on engaging projects.

YOUR IMPACT

Manage accounting journal entry
Participate to Purchase to Pay Supplier's invoice booking (Opex+Capex), verifying compliance with statutory and fiscal regulations and with internal accounting procedures (either by match with purchase orders or by direct accounting)
Support Order to Cash Issue of invoices and daily reconciliation of Boutique's sales
Manage relations with stores admins in order to handle the retail accounting
Manage Inventory accounting and reconciliation
Prepare and control reconciliations of intercompany balances
Manage tax obligations
Contribute to the preparation of annual financial statements

PROFILE

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Economics/Management disciplines or equivalent experience in Finance field

Experience:

Position requires minimum 5 years' experience in the same role or in accounting field
Experience in luxury/fashion business is a plus

Competencies:

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced, multidimensional environment
Detail oriented, highly organized
Ability to work autonomously with deadlines
Excellent analysis, indepth analysis and synthesis of information and data
Dynamic, problemsolver, handson approach, attention to detail, analytical
Excellent knowledge of Office package with a focus on Excel
JDE accounting system knowledge will be considered a plus

Languages:
Fluent in Italian and English, knowledge of French would be a plus.
