Currently, in our plant in Legnago, we are searching for a Junior Shipping Specialist, who will have to ensure timely delivery of the goods for our customers in Europe, as well as to analyze shipping procedures to determine the most cost-effective methods while ensuring timeliness and efficiencies to meet customer needs.

About The Job:

Manage the shipments to ensure that goods are shipped and received on time
Prepare shipping documents for export shipments
Ensure that the couriers are fully informed about the shipments, delivery instructions and delivery times
Review shipping routes and identify improvements to reduce costs and/or improve customer satisfaction
Create customerspecific and departmental reports for the management team
Provide solutions for raised problems or difficulties
Other duties as assigned

About You:

1+ years of experience in supply chain/logistics/warehousing High school diploma or university degree (preferred in Supply Chain, Business, or related field) Knowledge of basic dock procedures Strong skills in Microsoft Office products (especially Excel) Ability to write and speak both Italian and English languages Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail Excellent written and oral communication skills Willingness to learn and grow with the company
