    KNAPP Italia is assembling a new team with a focus on a Resident Service Technician role KNAPP Italia is forming a resident team at a major logistics hub in Europe for a globally renowned sports and fashion brand based in Mantova (MN). Equipped with state-of-the-art Knapp technology, this facility will require skilled and dedicated technicians to ensure smooth operations, proactively troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous enhancements for customer satisfaction. As a junior resident service technician, you will conduct reactive and preventative maintenance tasks meticulously to ensure optimal system performance. You will receive comprehensive training on our technology components and methodologies and actively participate in our culture of ongoing improvement. Our technicians work in rotating shifts, including occasional night shifts, to maintain site availability for our customers.     Roles and responsibilities:
    • Perform maintenance tasks on all system components while prioritizing health and safety
    • Respond promptly to errors
    • Effectively communicate and troubleshoot issues
    • Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights gained through troubleshooting
    • Ensure optimal equipment uptime
    Requirements for candidates
    • Qualification in electrics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT, or automation
    • Preferably some prior experience in maintenance
    • Ability to interpret mechanical layouts and circuit diagrams
    • Interest in workshop environments
    • Proficiency in Italian and preferably English
    • Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to building and maintaining systems long-term
