    M&A Advisory practice, within Advisory & Coverage offers independent advisory services and tailored solutions with the hands-on involvement of senior partners on each transaction providing great depth of expertise in multiple sectorsResponsibilities:


    • Support Bankers in managing client relationship and strategic dialogue, including origination, structuring, and executing complex transactions.
    • Conduct financial analysis, strategic business analysis, and valuations.
    • Develop and oversee detailed financial models, with the assistance of junior colleagues.
    • Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
    • Participate in all aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation and closing.
    • Create proposals and pitches to existing and prospective clients, focusing on overall Investment Banking opportunities aligned with the bank's strategy.
    • Train and mentor junior colleagues.
    • Ensure compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • At least 4 years of full time experience in Investment Banking, ideally in M&A. Candidates with experience in Project Finance will be considered.
    • Good knowledge of M&A activity and ability to apply skills creatively to diverse client needs.
    • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in financial modelling and valuation (including LBOs, sensitivities and return analysis).
    • Solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis.
    • Experience in Infrastructure and Energy sectors is a plus.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work under tight deadlines, excellent time management and prioritization.
