AFTER-SALES SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Requisiti:

You are in charge of the after sales for:

Machines start-up
Dealer network technical support
Final user technical support
Working efficiently with sales team
Help for sales (technical point) / demonstration / event participation
Report to the service manager (Using CRM)
Autonomous work
Other topic linked to the FRANDENT brand developpement
Warranty claims management (included OEM warranty claims)
Advice for spare parts
Spare parts quote

Area: Whole Italy + some Export missions
