Your tasks:

Independent processing of all purchasing processes, i.e. obtaining offers, comparing offers, and the subsequent procurement of hardware, software, service, and support.
Commercial project support from receipt of order to invoicing
Support with project calculations and tenders
Preparation of evaluations
Analysis of procurement markets and collaboration on projects
Supply and order planning in coordination with our project managers
Participation in the continuous improvement of supplier management

Your profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, business management or related field
At lest 2 years of experience in the field of purchasing.
Essential written and spoken German and English skills;
Relevant professional experience in operational purchasing, additional project experience desirable;
Good IT skills (including MS Office, ERP systems
Dynamics 365 as preferred)
Independent, flexible and reliable way of working as well as good negotiating skills
Reliability, sense of responsibility as well as communication and team skills
Quick comprehension and willingness to familiarise yourself with complex topics
