The Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) Team manages the transportation network for Amazon, ensuring that the customer orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.


To meet this goal, ATS is continually striving to innovate and provide best in class experience through the introduction of pioneering new products and services in the middle mile space.


We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven team player to join as the Senior Business Developer for theAmazon Freight Partners (AFP) team, which owns the recruitment of new partners to help us build the next generation of transportation businesses.


This person will drive and continuously optimize the recruitment process end-to-end, making sure the program recruits the highest quality partners.


Analyze, develop, and improve the recruitment process at all stages, from partner pitch calls to final interviews and debriefs with regional specificities for UK|CEU.

Provide high quality reports to leaders on recruitment pipeline health (using Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, and|or other data platforms).
