Main goals

As the Patrizia Pepe Senior Franchising Visual Merchandising Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the retail franchising business by developing displays, graphic supports and visual merchandising programs that optimise the consistency, brand messaging, storytelling, and locally relevant retail opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • To act as lead visual merchandising point person in the Franchising Area. Attend all necessary calls and meetings as needed.
  • To identify strategic opportunities within the various franchising partners across Europe and Russia to optimise brand DNA, product storytelling, local relevancy and consistency in presentation across all formats, with a focus on freestanding stores.
  • To be a proactive and motivated member of the Franchising Dpt. Team to execute companywide floor sets directives, weekly updates, and seasonal launches.
  • To execute and review product planograms in order to follow up with the graphic development of the visual merchandising guidelines for seasonal launches.
  • To support the creation of onthespot visual merchandising solutions to preserve store appearance andmaximise square footage.
  • To ensure that all global products and programs are launched and executed in the optimal fashion with a focus on quality, time and costs.
  • To coordinate and participate in floorset and window direction for franchising stores, assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or instore with the ability to complete displays to tight deadlines.
  • To provide onsite and remote clarification and direction to the market regarding presentation/product initiatives.
  • To participate in and support the success of store openings.
  • To reinforce visual standards and the use of best practices consistently throughout all stores.
  • To identify visual opportunities and issues and develop solutions that have the potential to impact bottomline profit.
  • To manage /prioritise multiple overlapping projects, under pressure and with tight deadlines.
  • To visit boutiques within the assigned retail area in order to execute visual merchandising guidelines and to coach franchisee sales teams to train them in the execution of the visual concept.
  • Collaborate with the Retail Franchising Specialist to ensure that store teams understand merchandising strategies and key messages for each display.
  • To conduct handson visual training to Store Managers and Sale Assistants.
  • Go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
Profilo

  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) is essential
  • From 3 to 5 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably in a retail fastpaced environment.
  • Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Autocad 2D/3D, SketchUp, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience in creating, executing and supervising visual directives over retail stores from a corporate setting point of view.
  • Strong retail or service industry experience preferably in a fashion & luxury contemporary brand
  • Effective verbal and writing skills.
  • Ability to handle feedback and opinions well.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Dynamic and creative.
