Posizione
ROMEO EDITORE è alla ricerca di un Grafico/Impaginatore Editoriale Senior da inserire nel cuore operativo della redazione capace di lavorare in perfetta sinergia con la redazione. Cerchiamo un professionista esperto nella gestione di prodotti editoriali complessi, capace di governare l'intero ciclo di vita del documento, dalla progettazione alla stampa e al digitale.
Responsabilità principali
Progettazione e sviluppo di layout editoriali strutturati (gabbie, stili di carattere e paragrafo) in Adobe InDesign.
Configurazione e gestione avanzata del workflow InDesign + InCopy per collaborazione simultanea grafici/redattori.
Gestione assegnazioni, check-in/check-out contenuti e risoluzione conflitti di bozze.
Impaginazione di documenti lunghi e complessi (libri, cataloghi, riviste, quotidiani).
Preparazione file esecutivi per la stampa (PDF/X) e ottimizzazione per il digitale.
Supervisione tecnica dei processi di prestampa.
CONTESTO: La Redazione del Quotidiano
Lavorerai nel ritmo serrato della redazione giornalistica, dove la notizia detta le tempistiche. È richiesta velocità esecutiva, precisione assoluta e capacità di integrazione continua con giornalisti e caporedattori.
Responsabilità specifiche per il Quotidiano
Gestione Menabò: Impaginazione delle pagine secondo le gerarchie editoriali e il menabò giornaliero.
Workflow collaborativo in tempo reale: mentre chiudi il layout, il giornalista finalizza il pezzo in InCopy per il visto si stampi.
Infografica last-minute: creazione rapida di grafici, mappe e tabelle per la notizia del giorno.
Declinazione Breaking News: trasformazione della notizia di apertura in:
Social Card (Facebook/Instagram)
Locandine digitali per edicole online
Requisiti
Requisiti indispensabili
Esperienza consolidata (3-5 anni) in studi grafici, redazioni o case editrici.
Padronanza avanzata del pacchetto Adobe, con focus su integrazione InDesign + InCopy.
Gestione professionale di documenti lunghi e complessi
Precisione assoluta nel copy-fitting e controllo della gerarchia visiva.
Conoscenza tecnica dei processi di prestampa.
Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione con scadenze orarie (chiusura rotativa).
