Posizione:

Analyse business needs and requirements
Recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals
Facilitate the introduction of such solutions
Verify that the new processes and technological solutions actually fit with the business needs.

Requisiti:

Analyse and map existing business processes and organizational setup (AS-IS), and develop a TO-BE scenario
Proactively identify organizational and business process improvement opportunities and create proposals for management
Check if the various enterprise systems are aligned with the business requirements
Work closely with the technical and business stakeholders to identify further enhancements of the IT systems
Lead changes to processes and workflows, ensuring high quality results
Support implementation of process changes and measure results
Provide instructions and initial training as needed
