We are looking for:

a Sales Leader for Aerospace & Defense in the EMEA Region covering multiple main and large countries including Spain, UK and Scandinavia.



We count on you for:

Lead a team of account managers and key account managers covering the region with major accounts in markets such as large commercial aircraft, military and defense, space and launch, helicopters, business and regional jets, advanced air mobility

Lead the sales processes including forecasting, budget, value extraction, contractualization, growth execution
-
Manage the implementation of the strategy for the main accounts
-
Your customer-centric central role model requires high cross-functional efficiency with interactions with procurement, supply chain, operations, planning, quality, customer engineering, R&I,...

You will bring:

Leading experience in a highly technical environment

Ability to negotiate position and identify key strategic opportunity

Ability to deal with legal documents and build a business case

At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and bring innovative ideas

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities

Excellent communication and influencing skills

Strong customer focus and networking capabilities
-
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams (technology, product management, R&I, sales,...)

English fluent, second language is a plus
