For our store in Bologna, we are looking for STORE MANAGER to complement our staff


Team management:


  • You manage teams with a view to increasing sales.
  • You will be in charge of recruiting your teams
  • You are responsible for training and developing the skills of your teams, in collaboration with the Network Training Manager.
  • You are in charge of organizing schedules

Sales:


  • You will be in charge of greeting and advising customers (physical and omnichannel)
  • You know how to identify needs and build a special relationship with our customers, generating customer loyalty.
  • You will help meet sales indicators and achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives in the store.
  • You will be the engine behind our new services that provide customers with a comprehensive experience.

Merchandising:


  • You will ensure deliveries are properly received and help keep the stockroom organised.
  • You will implement merchandising recommendations and set up store interiors and windows to reflect brand aesthetics.
  • You will ensure the store is well maintained at all times.

Profile:

Retail experience necessary, in structured and organized companies.

You are enthusiastic, curious, and able to adapt quickly to a dynamic and innovative environment. You like working within a team and have strong experience in customer relations.
