Overview:

  • Cordis is seeking a detailoriented, customer operations specialist who is comfortable driving testing and hypercare for the Cordis Customer Operations Function in EMEA for both the Direct and Indirect market models


This role has been created to support the Exit of the Transition Service Agreemnet (TSA) between Cardinalhealth and Cordis as well as to support the 4PL offboarding from Cordis' current 4PL over to Cordis.


Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with multiple teams to define and document test requirements.
  • Test activities according to current standards and policies
  • Monitor team testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected
  • Participate in technical and functional design meetings to ensure requirements are clearly defined and robust test scenarios
  • Responsible for test project status reporting, defect tracking and risk/mitigation
  • Participate in the Systems' Deployment/Cutover and Readiness activities
  • Develop and maintain UAT documentation to ensure the proper amount of structure is applied to enable project success and report periodically status update to the project specialist (ie UAT Test Scenarios and Scripts, UAT Planning, etc)
  • Support MDM and IT on all Customer Validation activities in line with project workplan to achieve key milestones
  • Support and document Hypercare/Cutover Plan to achieve a successful day one go live for all markets within EMEA
  • Contract Management for Consignment
  • Reporting for Consignment
  • Process mapping and creation of SOPs for Consignment

Qualifications:

  • Indepth knowledge and experience in project and process management
  • Experienced in UAT testing and scripting essential
  • Minimum of 5 years direct experience in a project/program management environment
  • Demonstrable experience as a change agent having effectively implemented change in large organization
