Deine Aufgaben
Buchung und Organisation von Reisen: Eigenständige Planung und Buchung von Dienstreisen (Flüge, Hotels, Mietwagen) für unsere Mitarbeiter unter Berücksichtigung von Budgetvorgaben und Reisekostenrichtlinien.
Reisevorbereitung: Erstellung von Reiseunterlagen, einschließlich Reiserouten, Visa-Anträgen und Reisekostenabrechnungen.
Kommunikation: Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei Fragen und Anliegen rund um das Thema Reisen; enge Zusammenarbeit mit Reiseanbietern und -agenturen.
Back Office Unterstützung: Allgemeine administrative Unterstützung, einschließlich der Pflege von Reisekostenabrechnungen und Datenbanken.
Reporting: Erstellung von regelmäßigen Reports über Reisekosten und -aktivitäten zur Optimierung der /Reisemanagement-)Prozesse.
Prozessoptimierung: Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Reiseprozessen und -richtlinien.
Was zeichnet dich aus?
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische/touristische Ausbildung (Matura) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Erfahrung im Bereich Travel Management/ Reisebüro oder in einer ähnlichen Position von Vorteil aber kein Muss.
Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie Italienisch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Hohe Serviceorientierung und Organisationstalent.
Teamfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Druck präzise und effizient zu arbeiten.
Guter Umgang mit MS Office.
