Scope and Purpose:

The Associate will be involved in the following activities:

Support senior colleagues in identifying, originating and executing syndicated loan transactions across the EMEA market;
Produce client related marketing materials: definition of the main terms and conditions, syndication strategies and bank liquidity analysis
Assess and manage market risk deriving from proposed transactions;
Monitor market trends in the different loan asset classes and maintain proprietary market and client info databases;
Follow investors invited in syndication at all stages, in coordination to the extent necessary with product desks and other internal functions;
Support in the origination of ESG loans: analysis of the customer's sustainability profile and definition of possible KPIs;
Interaction with colleagues from other desks to prepare customer presentations, internal reports and notes for the risk committee;
Work on various internal projects / requests assigned by team members and actively participate in meetings expebcib

Required Experience:

Ideally previous experience in Loan Syndication / DCM / Credit or Structured Finance Teams with deal execution experience and ability to prepare and organize marketing materials

Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent;
Fluent oral and written communication skills in English, additional international language is a plus;
Professional Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite package;
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, attention to detail and proactiveness;
Ability to work under pressure and within a daily deadlineoriented environment;
Understanding of syndicated loans financing and international capital markets
