    Descrizione del ruolo:

    L'azienda operante nel settore delle telecomunicazioni cerca un professionista in grado di crescere professionalmente e che possa fornire corsi tecnici relativi a reti VoIP e infrastrutture di networking.

    Compiti principali:

    • Erogare sessioni di formazione tecnica ai clienti, partner e personale interno;
    • Rispondere a domande tecniche durante i corsi e supportare i partecipanti nella comprensione dei prodotti;
    • Familiarizzare con i materiali formativi esistenti e acquisire competenza sui contenuti tecnici relativi a VoIP, protocolli di rete e configurazioni hardware/software;
    • Effettuare prove pratiche dei contenuti formativi per garantire una corretta erogazione;
    • Contribuire allo sviluppo e all'aggiornamento dei materiali formativi in collaborazione con colleghi più esperti.

    Requisiti:

    • Diploma tecnico e/o Laurea triennale/magistrale in ingegneria Telecomunicazioni, ingegneria Elettronica, ingegneria Informatica o ambiti correlati;
    • Esperienza minima pregressa in contesti tecnici o formativi;
    • Conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office 365;
    • Conoscenza di base di reti VoIP (es. SIP, RTP) e protocolli di rete (es. TCP/IP, NTP, DHCP, SMNP);
    • Conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi Linux;
    • Familiarità con l'hardware di rete (es. router, switch) e strumenti di troubleshooting di base;
    • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
    • Disponibilità a trasferte anche in ambito internazionale.
