Prelios SGR is looking for a new
Credit Fund Manager to join the
Fund Management
Credit Funds team

He/She will be involved in the following
activities:

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications:


Masters Degree in Finance or Business Economics, a master degree in real estate finance or similar will be considered a plus; 5 up to 10 years in Corporate Finance/RE field; Knowledge of commercial real estate lending schemes, Italian bankruptcy law proceedings, accounting principles.

Familiar with securitization structures; Mandatory fluency both in Italian and English; Solid analytical/logical skills; Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; Attention to details; Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (to build financial models) and Power Point; Ability to work under tight time constraints.
