    We are currently seeking a Global HR Business Partner Enabling Functions who will be responsible for client groups in our Finance, Legal, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs, Danaher Business System and Strategy and Business Development departments.

    Reporting directly to the VP Global HR and Internal Communication, t he role is part of the global HR Leadership Team at Leica Microsystems.

    In this role, you will be responsible for:

    • Delivering thought leadership on how to create and implement the right Talent and Organizational solutions to execute against the business strategy
    • Designing Change Plans and d rive solutions in partnership with functional leadership to support strategic business initiatives not limited to: culture and organization transformation, associate turnover, identification of hot spot/watch list areas; and working with management to develop effective countermeasures.
    • Proactively engaging with leaders on evaluating, coaching and enhancing development plans of associates, evaluating broader development needs within the organization and recommending solutions.
    • Assisting with defining and developing engagement action planning. Partner with leaders to improve associate engagement, supervising progress on engagement and action planning
    • Mentorship and counsel of (senior) managers in enhancing their own leadership skills, develop robust succession plans, addressing concerns, and improving on opportunities to develop hard-working teams. The required qualifications for the job include:
    • Degree in HR or Business Administration or equivalent experience required
    • 7-10 years of relevant HR experience in a global or regional environment
    • Understanding of global and regional complexity of employment landscape
    • Proven track record in leading core HR processes such as organizational planning, skills gap and productivity analysis, resource planning, change programs.
