Education

  • Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering or experience in Photovoltaic market.
Languages

  • English, speaking and writing skills must be proficient. Italian as native language.
Experience - Minimum 2-3 y experience in sales roles, preferably in the renewable energies sector.


JOB SUMMARY AND SCOPE
The Area Sales Manager, will focus on direct sales for high potential customers for the Wattkraft Utility-Scale Segment Division. The role involves establishing strong relationships with these customers and promoting Wattkraft as their preferred supplier for PV installations.


ACTIVITIES
Promote, sales negotiations and the preparation of offers with the support of Technical Experts (local Product Managers).


As a Area Sales Manager one of the main responsibilities is to perform business development activities and market analysis, identifying new customers and managing existing ones in line with the company's overall strategic plans and objectives within the assigned area.

As a Area Sales Manager, you will also be expected to attend trade shows and regional network events. This provides an opportunity to build relationships with potential customers, promote the company and its products.


TECHNICAL SKILLS
A technical background in Power Electronics is desirable for the role.

Knowledge of the Italian photovoltaic business, PV installers, EPC Contractors, Independent Power Producers will be a plus.


BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
Available for frequent business trips in Italy and occasionally abroad to participate in trade fairs.
