Business Consulting is the service line of
KPMG Advisory that supports its clients in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of processes and organizations, aiming to enhance economic, financial, and operational performance.


The
Financial Management & Enterprise Performance Management team was established to provide comprehensive support to companies from various sectors, addressing process improvement and technology-related issues in support of finance processes.


By joining our teams in
Bologna and Florence, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled professionals and clients, building the foundation for your professional career in a collaborative and stimulating environment that values individual growth and encourages open discussions.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues specializing in functional consulting for Corporate Performance Management systems.

You will support our clients in analyzing, reviewing, and designing processes to support the CFO, as well as implementing technological platforms.


Specifically, your tasks may include:
- redefining
EPM strategies for leading Italian and international companies,
assisting the CFO redesign the performance model;
-
designing and configuring solutions to support finance and business processes and implementing them in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market;
-
analysing and defining the new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes and
implementing innovative performance management
solutions;:


  • assessing the expected impacts and benefits of automation using business cases;
-
monitoring pre

- and post-transformation
performance;:

- defining the organisational structure, the skills, the number of personnel required, the training plan, the operating framework and the timeframes needed for the
realisation of Finance 4.0.
- a master's degree in
Business administration or Management engineering, with excellent results;
- excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad, and proficiency in MS Office suite;
- knowledge of the following topics: Control Models, Budget & Forecast, Consolidated Financial Statements (Civil and Management), Financial Planning;
- experience with modules of Board, Tagetik CPM, SAP BPC, or Oracle Hyperion solutions will be considered a plus.
