Who we are

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions company specialises in medium-term financing solutions (in particular leasing and rental) and offers a wide range of financial products and services of added value to support the investments of companies and self-employed professionals.

Main Responsibilites:

Support the Outsourcing Coordinator providing expertise and administrative support in assessing the risk of outsourcing services, being the main point of contact and animate the governance of the outsourcing risk management framework within Leasing Solutions
Support the Outsourcing Coordinator to organize and lead the Outsourcing Committee of LS Italy
Being the main referent of the Corporate Outsourcing Coordinator for topics related to the outsourcing risk management framework
Contribute to the definition and updating of Operational Outsourcing Guidelines within Leasing Solutions, according to Bank of Italy and Group guidelines
Contribute to the management of the register of outsourced services, including its regular updating (360 register tool). Manage the 360 register of BNL Leasing SpA, in the framework of the servicing contract, in coordination with the Outsourcing coordinator of BNL Leasing
Ensure the regular review of the portfolio of outsourced services, monitor remediation plans following outsourcing committees
Contribute to the analysis of adverse events and activate the alert and escalation process if necessary
Consolidate and adapt if necessary, according to the evolution of the regulatory context, the appropriate reports on outsourced services.
According to the Bank of Italy Circ. 285/2015, prepare the annual monitoring report to the Board of Directors of BPLS SPA, with the updated information on outsourced activities
Ensure the purchasing process in accordance with BNP Paribas Group standards and regulatory requirements.

In particular she / he will ensure the deployment of the following activities by the relevant business functions:

- supplier mapping and evaluation process;
- monitoring of the supplier committee and suppliers;
- operational risk statement;
- constant updating of reporting in particular for the preparation of internal control points;

What we expect from you

Education:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Law or Engineering. Experience of 5 years in the field of purchasing management / procurement / subcontracting preferably in the banking or financial services sector

Behavioral & soft skills:
Ability to drive topics and deliver results even under pressure and time constraints; strong negotiation, supplier relationship management skills; excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Technical skills:
excellent knowledge of English; excellent knowledge of the Office package

Contract type and Remuneration

The offer will be a full time permanent contract and the relative remuneration will be consistent with the National Contract.
