Your Role and Responsibilities

This role consists of understanding and interpreting policies and practices within IBM in order to perform independent assessments of IBM's internal business processes to ensure that an effective risk management program exists.
Basic knowledge of risk assessment, process design, controls, and financial concepts is required to evaluate effectiveness of overall business processes and risk management.
Strong analytical skills and business judgement is required to identify process weakness and assess the likely business impact. In addition, this role requires strong oral and written communication skills to clearly document and articulate issues and an appropriate executive message.
Finally, this role requires team lead or management experience to coordinate a team of 34 auditors, ensure thorough engagement preparation and timely execution of audit work, and ensure effective communication with the audit client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

At least 8 years of audit experience.
Readiness to travel 75% travel annually
English: Fluent

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Fluency in another European language an advantage.
