- Provide structured market feedback and competitive insights to strengthen regional strategy.
- Actively contribute to the performance and ambition of the Southern Europe business.
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Commercial, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales in business development / inside sales.
- Strong hunter mentality — comfortable initiating contact, handling rejection, and pursuing new business.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and results orientation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with discipline and resilience.
- Fluent Italian and professional English are mandatory.

Job Purpose
Are you a commercially driven professional with early experience in B2B sales and a strong appetite for building new business?
As Junior Business Development Manager at Amcor, you will take ownership of developing new business opportunities in Italy, with progressive exposure to selected Southern European markets such as Croatia, Greece, Albania, Macedonia, and neighboring countries.
This is a role with real responsibility from day one. You will independently build and manage your pipeline, drive prospecting activities, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. As part of a team of Business Development Managers covering distinct regions, you will be accountable for growing your territory and contributing directly to regional performance within a market-leading international organization.
