This Opportunity:


Your Impact:


  • Prepare and enforce the Contractor's safety program on this contract.
  • Supervise the quality of services provided.
  • Developing and implementing quality control plan, conduct inspections and documenting any deficiencies.
  • Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate services and/or equipment
  • Ensuring that services adhere to quality standards
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
  • Working according to deadlines for the delivery of services and/or repairs.
  • Performing detailed and recorded inspections upon work order completion so the services are up to industry and company standards
  • Compile safety programs.
  • Practice safe working techniques.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
  • Standardize health and safety to remain consistent.
  • Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
  • Promote safety initiatives.
  • Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
  • Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
  • Regularly inspect equipment

Who You Are:


Required Qualifications

  • Speak English and Italian and be able to read and understand (in both English and Italian) printed regulations, detailed written orders, operating procedures, and training instructions and material
  • At least three years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.
  • Fulfilled the prerequisite training and experiences before being hired as the Quality Manager under this contract.
- completed the OSHA 30-hour construction safety class or equivalent and maintain competency through 24 hours of formal safety and health related coursework every four years
- completed five years of satisfactory experience in preparing and enforcing safety programs on contracts of similar size and complexity in the past or three years' experience if he possesses a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or safety and health degree

  • Familiarity with quality standards and processes to follow federal, state and local regulations
  • Communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings and status reports
  • Knowledge of the services to perform accurate quality control
  • Attention to detail
  • Analysis, criticalthinking and problemsolving skills to review systems, identify deficiencies and pose solutions.

  • Ability to operate under deadlines while still meeting standards
