    We are looking for a Service Team Leader to join our Process Automation business.

    You will supervise a team of service engineers and service technicians and contribute to the execution of the service strategy and service growth by focusing on delivering timely, high-quality and cost-effective service offerings, solutions and projects (e.g., field service, repair) to customers.

    You will drive service achievements through effective planning and allocation of resources, in accordance with standard processes, procedures, and safety guidelines.

    This position reports to Field Service ManagerYour responsibilities Installing and maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring System and carrying out repair and preventive maintenance.

    Preparing the service reports and records that are necessary for the quality of service.
    Supporting sales on service offers for revamping\ upgrading and spare parts on systems.
    Dealing with technical site intervention during on call service availability that could be over night or during weekend.
    Performing site works following service plan according to ABB's technical, commercial and health & safety standards.
    Your background Degree or Diploma in Electrics or Electrics/Electronics.
    Min 5 year experience in service. Experience in Petrochemical, Refinery, Chemical, Oil & Gas or Power Plant market will be highly advantageous.
    Proficiency in various service and test mythologies, relevant in-house and industrial standards related to Measurement Products Analytical and Service.
    Knowledge on maintaining Continuous Emission Monitoring System.

    Willing to travel for frequent short or medium duration missions (included abroad) and have ability and skill to manage proactively the customer relationship and critical situation.

    Able to manage work with autonomy and to work in team.
    Able to manage on call service and following on-site intervention depending on schedule 24h/365gg.
    Ability to communicate fluently in Italian and good English is required.
    Knowledge in MS Office programs.
    Valid driving license.
