We are seeking an experienced O&M Manuals and Training Manager to support our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of technical writers to produce high-quality operation and maintenance documentation, arranging training courses, and ensuring effective interface management between the Design and Build team and the O&M team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation
• Ensure timely delivery of O&M documents and milestones in accordance with project schedule
• Develop and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan
• Prepare Technical specifications for subcontractor's manuals and training courses
• Ensure effective prioritization of content, experience, and process improvements within the team

Requirements:

• Pioneering Spirit
• Integrity
• 2-5 years' experience as a project manager or people manager with a technical documentation team
• Minimum 3 years' railway system engineering experience and knowledge of integrated systems
• Ability to develop a working knowledge of technical products, processes, and applications
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with international teams

Desired Skills:

• Experience in editing software programs
• Knowledge of Lean and Agile Organization
• Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering background
• English language proficiency
