- Successful applicants will be formally trained at one of our award-winning training centers.
- Domestic and international travel for initial training is required.
- Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, solving, diagnosing and repairing of highly sophisticated capital equipment at customer sites.
- Be the face of our company, ensuring customer satisfaction with our service and maintaining the operational quality of system equipment
- Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
- Provides assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
- Certified engineer or degree from advanced technical school or ~3 years industry working experience. Technical military occupational specialties and training may be considered.
- Ability to understand and solve problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and/or electro-optical systems to address on site customer problems.
- Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor, medical devices, defense, aerospace, or aviation industry is a plus.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns.
- Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things
- Proactive communication that facilitates seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively.
- Fluent in English and Italian language is a must.
- Full driver's license
