    Your responsibilities include:
    Expertly managing pastry section, ensuring top-quality desserts and presentation. Creating new dessert both à la carte and for breakfast. Collaborating with Executive Chef and team, delivering exceptional dining experiences. Assisting in menu innovation and development, while maintaining concept alignment. Mentoring, training and inspiring junior staff, fostering growth and creativity. Setting gold standards in health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP).


    Exceed expectations revealing:
    A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality and culinary. 2+ years' high-level hospitality experience. Ability in motivating pastry staff effectively. Autonomous order fulfilment capability. Ability to contribute with innovative ideas to menu development Capacity to excel in fast-paced, dynamic kitchens.
