The Opportunity

You will further strengthen our team as a specialist for Talent Acquisition with a focus on Italy while also working on recruitment projects for other countries
You will design and manage the recruitment cycle and work closely with the local HR business partners
You share our purpose to shape a better world and support us in reaching our Diversity & Inclusion goals
You are enthusiastic about talent mapping and talent sourcing and a pro in the use of social media
You actively contribute to global and European employer branding projects with your unique perspective and experience

Is this role right for you?

Relevant professional experience in recruiting
Strong knowledge of stateoftheart sourcing and recruiting methods, preferably through previous work as a research consultant in a recruitment consultancy and/or an inhouse recruiter
Knowledge of the engineering and/or construction sector
Excellent communication skills, good listener, and strong analytical skills
Fluency in Italian and English, German proficiency an advantage
